[Madotzuki-Frisk]
Madotzuki is the Last Fallen Human. She will embark on an Journey either Befriending or Defeating enemies and gaining some effects. She always start with the "Stick Effect" (which allows her to use an Stick) and can find others along the way. The effects would be the weaponry of the Fallen Children while the Armory remains unchanged (EX,"Baseball Bat Effect" and "Real Bat Effect" would work as the "Worn Dagger"/"Real Knife") and the others would be granted by the Bosses independent if you spared them or killed them. 
(For me,one of the most logical choices in my opinion since both are possibly young,always-shutted-eyes protagonists that travel an odd world (s) and are capable of hurting even trough they both look innocent. (One of the "Effects" Madotzuki can get in Yume Nikki is an Knife to Intimidate and Cut Down opponents and Frisk can embark on an Genocide Route,eliminating the life on the Underground.Also,Frisk can get two Knifes in the Genocide Route just like Madotzuki has the Knife Effect.))
[Enderman-Flowey]
Enderman/Endy the Enderman is the first being Madotzuki meets on the Underground. He tries to trick her into "gaining an Effect and lots of Love" by using his Enderman Eyes,which are actually Harmful Bullets. Later in the Pacifist Route,he began to project his Best Friend onto Madotzuki's image. In the Genocide Route,he assist Madotzuki on her Genocidal Path but its shown that Endy himself is in danger.
[MEIKO-Toriel]
Meiko is the first soulful character Madotzuki meets. Formerly the Queen and King's wife,she isolated herself on the Ruins after the King's declaration on war on humanity,and took care of every Human that falled down,the story not being different with Madotzuki. She has the attitude of an Playful Mother but can be Strict and Serious. Instead of Fireballs,she uses Musical Notes. In the Genocide Route,she notices before dying that she noticed the "Sick Sound" wans't the Monsters,but the Genocidal Madotzuki. The Effect she grants is "Music Note Effect".
[Bendy the Demon-Sans]
Bendy is the first character Madotzuki meets on Snowdin. Once,he was happier than he is today,but after the lost of Alice Angel and Boris separating of him being the Royal Scientist,he can only hang on with the company of his Best Friend until Madotzuki does an True Pacifist Route,in which he and Boris can re-encounter each other. Hes cheerful,prankster and good-hearted unless if Madotzuki is in a Genocide Route. He is the one of the only characters to not grant an Effect after death.
[Bill Cipher-Papyrus]
Bill Cipher is the Best Friend of Bendy. Between his wish to absorb an SOUL and join the Royal Guard,he decides that he'll absorb the Madotzuki's SOUL to proof himself worth enough to join the Royal Guard. However,he notices he can't really bring himself to do it. Bill is far more serious about death in his dialogue,but in the Genocide Route he tries to resort to Friendship. If Madotzuki kills him on the Genocide Route,Bill Cipher blames himself upon his death. The Effect he grants is "Pipe Effect".
[Mickey Mouse-Undyne]
Mickey Mouse is the Head of the Royal Guard and an close Friend to Bill Cipher. He seems to be Passionate and Cheerful when in his Job,but as he reveals to Madotzuki on his "Date",he actually never wanted to hurt Humans. Also,he refuses to let Bill Cipher enter on the Royal Guard because,altrough he's though and knowedgleable of Death Concepts,he is aware that he enjoys more Partying,Chaos and Fun than Killing. However,is Madotzuki is embarking on an Genocide Route,Mickey Mouse will take an Fatal Hit meant for Padparadscha Sapphire and will transform into "Mickey the Mystical" to stop Madotzuki. The Effect he grants is "Pencil Effect".
[Boris the Wolf-Alphys]
Boris is the Royal Scientist. He lived with Bendy,treating him like an Younger Brother,but once Alice Angel,an close friend of both,ended dissapearing without leaving traces,he instantly offered himself to be the Royal Scientist,leaving Bendy behind. He was also the creator of Amalgamates and of the body for Gematon. He's normally laid-back and easy-going but can panick off (on the first meeting of Madotzuki with Gematon) and fill himself with emotions of joy (on his re-meeting of Bendy pre-True Pacifist Route Final Boss). On the Genocide Route,he scolds all the Monsters he can to somewhere safer,not appearing to Madotzuki.
[Steve-Asgore]
Steve is the honored King of the Underground. He declared War on Humanity after the death of his Children,but after some time,he regretted his choice,despite himself being an Hardheaded person. When Madotzuki meets him,he is already in an state of pure Sadness and Despair,just wishing to see his Wife and Child. He is strict to his thoughs (enough to destroy the MERCY button with his Sword),honest and generous,but also Depressed since the day he began to regret his decision. In the Genocide Route,after noticing Madotzuki's inhumanity,he decides to try and take an stand,but is swiped down before he can do anything. He is the one of the only characters to not grant an Effect after death.
[Gematon (Ruby as Box Form,Pearl as EX Form)-Mettaton]
Gematon is an apparent "Killer-robot" made by Boris. She is first seen on her "Ruby" form,in attempts where she tries to kill Madotzuki but is always stopped by Boris. When Madotzuki reaches the End of the CORE,Gematon reveals that it was just an play,so you could see Boris as an Hero,and that she actually wants to show her Sentai Show to the Humans. When Madotzuki touches her "Gem-Button",she becomes Gematon PEARL and battles her. In the Genocide Route,Gematon acts does not happen and when Gematon is faced in the CORE,she becomes Gematon RAINBOW,but is taken down easily. She does not grant an effect if you are on an Genocide Route,but in the Neutral and Pacifist Routes,she grants "Gemstone Effect".
[Creeper-Napstablook]
Creeper is one of the First Monsters Madotzuki face in her Journey. He was once an Good Friend of Gematon while she wans't an Robot but after she broke the promise between them to abandon her friend and pursue her dreams,he got depressed. He meets Madotzuki and befriends her,inviting her to his house in Waterfall. In the True Pacifist Route Epilogue,he becomes is Gematon's musical producter. In the Genocide Route,he self-detonates after being scared by Madotzuki. He does not grant an effect if you are on an Genocide Route,but in the Neutral and Pacifist Routes,he grants "TNT Effect".
[Padparadscha Sapphire-Monster Kid]
Padparadscha Sapphire is one of the characters Madotzuki meets on Snowdin and also makes company for her in Waterfall. She is an Fan of Mickey Mouse,and follows Madotzuki in Waterfall just to see her Idol in action. In the Neutral and Pacifist Routes,she stands up to her Idol to protect Madotzuki if she saves her from falling from the Bridge. In the Genocide Route,she tries to stand agains't Madotzuki but is saved by Mickey Mouse and evacuates alongside Boris and the Others.
[Annoying Haired Blob-Annoying Dog]
Annoying Haired Blob is an Blob with Glasses,Brown Color and Dark Brown Hair.She sometimes appear on Madotzuki's journey,the most memorable appearences being her stealing Bill Cipher's "Terrible Attack" and stealing the Sacred Artifact before Madotzuki could use it.
[Hatsune Miku-Asriel]
Hatsune Miku was the Princess by heirage from the Underground and daughter of Meiko and Steve. She meeted and befriended The Batter,the first Fallen,and the two grew up as Friends and Siblings since Meiko and Steve adopted the Batter as they own. However,The Batter poisoned himself in an Plan to gather enough Human SOUL's to break the Barrier. Hatsune Miku was uneasy with the Plan,but still followed along. Once she fused with the Single SOUL of The Batter,she at first leaved the Batter in control,but holded back the power between them to not attacks the Humans and retreated,dying alongside him. She eventually reincarnated as Endy the Enderman thanks to Boris,and began to fake up her own Gender and Indentity. But once Endy absorbed The Six Human SOULS and all the Monsters SOULS,he could become Hatsune Miku again. She then realized that Madotzuki and The Batter are different People and tell the truth behind the Backstory of herself and The Batter to Madotzuki in case if she returns to the RUINS.
[The Batter-Chara]
The Batter was the First Fallen,the Adoptive one from Meiko and Steve,and guide of Madotzuki many years after. He always believed the surface should be "pure",altrough he never told the meaning of that to his best friend,Hatsune Miku. Either out of his wish to return the compassion of his family or evil reasons,he builded an plan alongside Hatsune Miku to gather more SOULS to break the Barrier. However,in mid-way,Hatsune Miku stopped them both making the Fusion tank Mortal Injuries. After his death,his body was carried by Meiko to give an Proper Burial. Where he was buried was where Madotzuki falled down,making him wake up. He narrates the story in an normally Stoic tone,which grows to either Compassionate and Emotive on an True Pacifist Run or simply Cold in an Genocide Route.
[Alice Angel-W.D Gaster]
Alice Angel was the Royal Scientist before Boris. She was an Good Friend of Bendy and Boris,and was the responsible for building the CORE. However,one day,someone of unknow nature sealed Alice Angel on the Void with an "unbrokeable" magic spell,sealing her fate. She has awareness of the World she was once part,but cannot make part of it unless if the Spell is broken.
